Patrick is a business and process improvement expert specializing in driving bottom-line results through focusing on pricing related processes.  Patrick has over twenty years experience, holding various marketing and operational roles doing process improvement, pricing strategy, “go-to-market” product and market strategies, system implementations, and project management. His industry focus includes software and services, upstream oil and gas, media/advertising, telecommunications, personal care, and Over-The-Counter pharmaceutical products, and logistics and distribution. He has worked for companies such as Halliburton, Verizon Information Services, Nortel Networks, and the Perrigo Company.

Joseph Lanzetta

     While an alliance partner for Transcend, Joseph Lanzetta is the founder of JLA Strategic Research. Joseph has twenty five years of market research experience spanning the consumer, business and industrial arenas. Fifteen of which have been focused on international research. He has extensive on-the-ground experience in multiple geographical markets, including eleven years with AT&T’s consumer and small business marketing research organizations and ten years with United Technology’s Carrier Division. Joe’s expertise includes strong statistical, multivariate and customer choice modeling skills. He is highly proficient in qualitative research and is an experienced moderator and in-depth interviewer.

Mike Tierney, Sr.

    While an alliance partner for Transcend, Mike Tierney, Sr.,  is a managing partner and CM practice leader for the Principles Group. Mike is a recognized industry leader in ERP change management and value realization. He is a former practice director in “Big 5″, with over twenty five years of “Big 5″ consulting experience, plus seven years manufacturing industry experience. Mike has led some of the largest and most challenging ERP CM implementations for a number of Fortune 500 clients.

Doug Shurts

    While an alliance partner for Transcend, Doug Shurts is a managing partner and practice leader for the Principles Group. Doug has over twenty six years of senior executive experience with some of the largest and most challenging Fortune 500 companies in customer account operations, sales, change management, and systems development.  Additionally, he has over five years as a Principles Group partner, with experience as practice business development lead for Enterprise Change Management engagements, and telecommunications industry leadership experience in CRM technology and call center operations.

Steve Hartkopf

    While an alliance partner for Transcend, Steve Hartkopf is a managing partner for Aligned Marketing.  Steve has over twenty years experience in marketing, communications, supplier negotiations, ecommerce, social media, and multichannel product management. Steve has had senior leadership positions with Industrial Distribution Group, Hagemeyer, Supplyforce.com, and ABB.
